Counselling

Sometimes we need to be heard, to be seen for who we are. Without judgement or agenda. That's what counselling is.

Counselling is a confidential conversation with a trained professional. It creates a space where you can put down what you've been carrying, and explore it without fear of being judged. There's no script, no checklist. Just you and the counsellor, working together to understand what's getting in your way.

Some people come for a specific problem; others come because life feels heavy and they're not quite sure why. Both are valid. The work begins with simply being heard.

How Anushri works

Anushri's approach draws upon person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT methods. It is grounded in warmth and genuine respect for who you are. She'll follow your lead, work at your pace, gently challenge to unlock insights, and never push you anywhere you don't want to go.

Coaching

Coaching is goal-focused, strengths-based and forward-looking. It's less about exploring the past, and more about helping you build the future you want. It aims to equip you with clarity, confidence, and a plan you can execute.

How it works

Coaching is structured but flexible. Sessions are typically shorter-term than counselling and usually fortnightly. They come with clear goals, real accountability, and a space to reflect as you go.
